In an act of humanitarian kindness, Althea and Eudora Brennan of Ghent, NY held a yard sale and collected $30.58 for the benefit of the sheltered animals at the Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA in Hudson. The Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA has assisted the ASPCA with a puppy mill raid based in Garland County, Arkansas. The breeding dogs, some with tiny puppies, had been living in sheds outside a mobile home.
