Columbia County Sheriff’s Office wins Bilinski Award

During the Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA’s groundbreaking ceremony on July 16, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office was presented with the shelter’s Bilinski Award. The award was received on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office by Sheriff David Harrison. The award is presented annually in recognition of Jerry Bilinski, DVM for his commitment and devotion to CGHS/SPCA. The award is the highest honor that CGHS/SPCA bestows on a person, company, or organization.

Hollie Adams, Honorary Life Member and Board Member of CGHS/SPCA was also presented with a Bilinski award at the ceremony.
