On Thursday, May 24, WTEN Channel 10’s Chief Meteorologist and Pet Connection host Steve Caporizzo will be hosting a live Pet Connection at the Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA (CGHS/SPCA). The live show will run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will televise animals from CGHS/SPCA that are looking for their forever homes. All pet adoptions will be free with approved applications during the live Pet Connection segment. The waived adoption fees are made possible by generous contributions from Steve Caporizzo‘s Pet Connection and CGHS/SPCA donors.
The public is welcome to visit. There will be free hotdogs, veggie dogs, giveaways, and the CGHS/SPCA gift shop will be open. Any visitor who donates funds or food to the CGHS/SPCA Pet Food Bank at the event will receive a Pet Connection gift form Steve Caporizzo.
