On behalf of the entire Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA (CGHS/SPCA), we would like to thank everyone for the incredible outpouring of support following three recent cat hoarding cases.

Thanks to the compassion and generosity of our community, we received and processed more than 250 adoption applications. We are delighted to report that all of the cats and kittens have either been placed in loving new homes or are awaiting pickup by their new families.

The response from the public has been truly overwhelming and demonstrates the remarkable commitment our community has to helping animals in need. Your support has given these cats and kittens the opportunity to begin the next chapter of their lives in safe, caring homes.
