The Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA is seeking donations for a new dental machine to serve cats and dogs at the shelter.
A new dental machine is critical for the health and comfort of animals that are suffering from dental disease. As with people, animals are living longer today, so proper dental health is imperative for their longevity and happiness. Unlike people, animals can’t tell us that they have a toothache. The Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA performs a full dental exam on all animals that enter the shelter. If the animal requires a dental procedure, this machine will allow CGHS/SPCA veterinarians to be able to assist the animal.
The cost of the machine is $1,685. No gift is too small, and all donations are tax-deductible.
To help CGHS/SPCA purchase a new dental machine, please send checks to: CGHS/SPCA, Attn: Dental, 111 Humane Society Road, Hudson, NY 12534.
